"Reliance Broad[Fraud]net" "Internet Service"

Image result for image for robbery

Dear All,
I was an Airtel customer for a decade! As the service of Airtel becomes poor I quit the service and applied for "Reliance LAN line" and "Internet Service" on 22nd Nov 2016.

Next day-23rd Nov 2016, the technicians were successful in establishing my internet but still they don't answer me properly regarding setting up my wireless as they expected Rs. 200 for assisting me with wireless. I informed them I would take care of the wireless and resolved it by myself on the same day evening.

But the phone line - incoming call facility never worked until today morning of "02nd Dec 2016. I can only make calls but I can't receive any incoming calls.

When I called "Reliance Customer Care" for clarifications on 23rd and 24th November 2016; either they are not knowledgeable or they don't want to help their customer but tried to get escape from their duties with the mantras of 48 hours and 72 hours.

On 25-11-2016, I called the Reliance Customer Care around 10:45 Am and reached a lady who told her name is Chitra, who is similar like other Reliance Customer Care agents who wants to escape from their duty.

During the first few days every-time when I called for help, Reliance Customer Care executives tried to escape from their duties saying you have to wait for 48 hours without willing to listen to my issue?!

The customer care executive-who told her name is Chitra, informed me to wait for another 48 hours and tried to get rid of the call. She was too arrogant and I realized that Reliance has given the contract of Customer Care to some bad agencies.

Airtel Customer care is the most best customer care in India and "Reliance Customer Care is the worst customer care in the world"!

For the first twelve days I was unable to receive any incoming calls through my new "Reliance LAN Line" but rather experienced arrogant Customer Care from "Reliance Broadnet" "Internet Service".

On the fourth day i.e. on 26th November 2016, I received an email from Vaibhav Khandagale
-Officer, Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited - informing me to wait further 72 hours i.e. 3 more days!

Will it take Twelve-Days time for fixing / setting up a new connection? Not really but it seems they want to get rid of this issue in the week-end! Happy weekend to Reliance Communications Limited, Reliance customer care and all Reliance technicians who always have two mantras for escape and they are 1) 48 hours 2) 72 hours.

Dear Reliance Your service is Super Service!

For the first time When I contacted Reliance customer care through phone they told 48 hours and after 48 hours when I called they told another 48 hours and now you say 72 hours!

Will it take one week time for fixing / setting up a new connection? Not really but it seems you want to get rid of this issue in the week-end!

Happy weekend to Reliance Communications Limited, Reliance customer care and all Reliance technicians who always have two mantras for escape and they are 1) 48 hours 2) 72 hours.

From the sixth day-28th Nov 2016 evening the outgoing also started working intermittently i.e. while you are on a call the call would die out and the phone line would be absolutely silent for few minutes, later when you try to make calls the dial tone would be ringing continuously even if you try to dial any numbers!? what a improvement the Reliance is showing day by day to a new customer like me!? Wow Reliance, hats off to Reliance!?

"New / Recent updates about the "Reliance Service" Date: 01st Dec 2016

Dear Namrata Kubal,
Officer-Customer Care
Reliance Communications Limited.

I'm able to realize that all the reply you send is not a response but they are all default templates triggered by the robots!

I wish to congratulate "Reliance" for their sickest service for the last 9 days! I got my connection on 23rd Nov 2016 but the incoming call facility never worked till now today i.e. 1st Dec 2016 11:13 AM. Congratulations once again for you reached your sickest service from the month of November to December 2016. I hope it may continue until Jan 2017, i.e. from 2016 to 2017!

I also wish to remind you that along with your sickest service of 'No Incoming Facility' for the last couple of days the out-going facility also works intermittently as I mentioned in my previous mails.

Once more I appreciate you for giving different default promises i.e. 48 hours, 72 hours and in this email first time you have come with an astonishing promise of 24 hours! Wow Reliance!

I also repeatedly wish to appreciate for your great business tactics i.e. getting the first month rent in advance, which means your forecast is your sickest service normally never works for the first month still the customer could noway escape from reliance as you got their money in advance! Wow, Wonderful, Tactful Reliance!

One-more observation I made about your call center agents i.e. when a customer call them they use to yell at the customer, acting arrogant to the customers, behaving tyrant to the customers so that customers would never, ever call the telephone customer service instead they spend more and more time with email service of customer care where you use to triggers all kinds of default templates and postpone the solutions. Wow Reliance, Wonderful Reliance, but sickest Reliance! Thank you Reliance!

When the ‘area technicians’ of reliance visited my premises they escaped saying it was a back-end problem but when I contacted the customer care they responded that they would inform the ‘area technicians’ [ i.e. Front End Problem]! Reliance = Escapism!

Most Humbly the Victim-Customer
Eagerly awaiting your default templates i.e. robotic email replies from Reliance!

"New / Recent updates about the "Reliance Service" Date: 02nd Dec 2016

Dear Reliance Officers,

My hearty congrats for you as your "Reliance Communications" reaching today the second weekend with your continuing fully faulty incoming call facility!

Could you kindly change this boring, default, robotic reply templates with some attractive and mesmerizing promises!

No doubt, hopefully as you prolonged fixing my issue from November to December you may also achieve another Everest by crossing from 2016 to 2017 very soon!

Thank you Reliance for your Sickest Services and tireless, default, boring, robotic replies Forever!

When very big Film stars are struggling to run their movies for more than a week still "Reliance Communications" is capable of running this show for more than 14-days, its shows "Reliance" is fully capable to enter the film Industry very soon. All the best to "Reliance Communications"!

News-New Update on 5th Dec 2016;
Dear Reliance officer, Never Ever Your service worked for me from the day one [i.e. unable to receive any incoming calls].

How come one executive on 3rd Nov 2016 says Issue was already been resolved but the other two executives on 4th Nov 2016 says that the Issue has not yet resolved?!

Do you work based on data or you people work based on guessing and assumptions?! See your company's twin replies to me on 4th Nov 2016 below, while your reply on 3rd Nov 2016 says it has been already resolved;

Dear Customer,

This is with reference to your e-mail dated December 03, 2016 for your Reliance Fixed Line Phone number 044-33066133, regarding connectivity issue.

We regret for the unpleasant experience faced by you.

We have taken up your connectivity issue and we are already working on the same to rectify it on priority.

For billing, we request you to write to us once the above connectivity complaint gets resolved.

We request your co-operation in this regard.

Be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern.

Thank you for choosing Reliance [??????]

[No] Regards [No] Thanks

*** Note: One more observation I made today about 'Reliance Sickest Communications' and that is, whenever you made a complaint about a particular aspect they never ever look into whats your issue is all-about i.e. I complained about Incoming Calls issue but they reply its a connectivity issue. WOW what a service!?

My correspondence to Reliance Communications on 31st Dec 2016, Saurday to the following email addresses: customercare@relianceada.com>, and
broadband@relianceada.com

Sir / Madam of Reliance Communication [which means no 'dear']

I found your Reliance-company as follows;

1) When I called your customer care your agent just blast me and cut the call!

2) The incoming call facility of your service has never worked at all from day-1

3) When it comes to billing you do a fraud i.e. you collected one month rent in advance along with installation charges separately and told that it would be adjusted in first month bill but too smartly you raised a bill for Rs.2,756.56 within 30 days and force me to pay Rs.900+ for the first month!?

When your connection had been hit by cyclone and it was not working for couple of days I wonder how come you raise such a huge bill?! That too the incoming call facility never worked from the day-1. Beyond all these comedies you raise your bills one month in advance!? Is that not my monthly charges is just Rs.799?

This is a clear warning to disconnect your poorest services from today-31st  Dec 2016, Saturday.

If you didn't disconnect the service then Reliance Communication is assumed to enter into another fraud activity beyond those mentioned above.

Update on 07th Jan 2017, Saturday!
Sir / Madam of Reliance Communications,

In your above reply you have mentioned the below point;

"The advance payment made by you at the time of installation was not the deposit but it were installation charge, which are non-refundable. Hence, we are unable to process your request. It has already been adjusted in your first bill."

Is that an amount of 1838/-, which I paid in advance is installation charges!? Kindly clarify you Reliance company provides the service through Copper wires or through gold wires?! that too when the fiber-optical high-end-technology company like Cheri-net provides the installation for free?!

Its up-to your decision either you collect installation charges or not but it should be not more than, which you told initially; i.e. initially your staff has informed me that he is going to collect two month rent in advance among which one month rent is for installation charges and another month rent is for adjusting the first month bill in advance!

Your staff has collected from me an amount of Rs.1838 through cheque and deposited the same and cleared it on 25th Nov 2016!

Beyond everything if you collect an installation charges then you have to ensure that all services you promised has to work from the day-one otherwise you can't hold or claim for installation charges!

When you collected an installation charges of Rs.919 [Rs.799 plus taxes Rs.120] you are supposed to install your services and make it work properly otherwise legally you have to refund the installation charges to me!

I sent you a lot of emails, called you a couple of times and got the blasting from your call center agent and awaited from 23rd Nov 2016 untill 31st of December 2016 and requested you to cancel my account as the incoming call service never worked for me from the day-one; your obligation is to disconnect the service immediately and refund the installation charges as your company failed with the installation of the incoming-call facility!?

I went online and found how many thousand Indians your company-Reliance has cheated till date and no wonder now it is my term to get exploited by Reliance?!

Therefore stop sending default templates and start keenly read every point I write here and make sure you act honestly in my case as not like other innocents I would let you to exploit me and I would spent sufficient time in legal actions against your company.

Update on 12th January 2017:
***********************************
Sir / Madam of Reliance Communications,

Good Morning,

When your marketing guy approached me for taking a reliance connection, I said OK and you took only two days to establish your semi-working connection {i.e. incoming call facility never worked for me}!

I wonder when I place a disconnection  request on 31st Dec 2016, why you are not disconnecting your semi-working services even after two weeks?

So you give the connection immediately but never disconnect the services for illicit earnings?!

I already opened a  blog and explained all my sorrows because of Reliance Services to this world!

The world is a witness for all corruptions your company is doing.

Response of Reliance Communication on Tue, Jan 24, 2017 12:43 PM (i.e. around one month after my pleading to disconnect the reliance services)

My Response to the above email of Reliance on Thu, Feb 2, 2017 at 6:48 PM:
Sir/ Madam of Reliance, no-thanks for your continuous irritating services.

This is for your kind information that I got your reliance connection with Lan line No: 044-30236133 on 21st January 2017 and as per your email that I furnish below, your connection with Lan line No: 044-30236133 has been terminated by you on 25th January 2017 i.e. it worked for only for 4 days! Now again you started playing your tricky, illicit game of cheating me by sending your illegal bill to pay for 4 days Rs. Rs.1111.

Wow now you started cheating people in multiple ways wonderful business! I wish that you should meet me in a consumer court and I should tear the ugly face of Reliance to this world.

Stopping sending me any billing emails and check your records before you send any bill. Read the following email sent by you before you trigger another foolish email; {here I have quoted the service termination request acceptance email sent to me by Reliance, which I furnished above}.

Services as Comedy Show: As I observed that Reliance criminally disconnected only my phone line but not my internet connection On Thu, Feb 2, 2017 at 9:08 PM I wrote a detailed email to Reliance Communication explaining the Continuous Annoying non-stop horrendous troubles of Reliance Communications in the name of services, which contains a content of 16 pages!

As expected the next day 3rd Feb 2017 Friday I got a call on my mobile number from Reliance Customer Care-91-44-30353120 and at exactly 10:37 am, they inquired about what happened to my service and I detailed that my Reliance phone incoming facility never worked for me and that is the reason I applied for disconnection of my Reliance services.

The Girl who spoke with me noted everything I explained and replied that they would contact me again from Reliance and exactly on the same day at 1:16 pm I got a call from Reliance Customer Care-91-44-30353121 and the lady who spoke informed me that I would get a call from Reliance head office and I have to inform them that all my issues have been taken care and the reliance services are OK and she disconnected the call?!

I checked and found that no changes has happened except my reliance telephone line is completely dead but non-invited reliance internet is still functioning. I never applied for a internet only service and I never requested to disconnect my phone line alone but everything worked strangely with Reliance Company!

Another Communication From Me To Reliance on Thu, Feb 2, 2017 at 9:11 PM
Legal warning to Reliance Communications; Immediately cease your internet service at my premises with the terminated phone number; 044-30236133 because I never requested you to provide me an internet alone service but I requested you to provide me an internet with phone service, which you failed from the day-one.

As You flunked twice with your service return the installation charges you have collected from me!

Come to the consumer court I want to tear the face of Reliance Communication and expose their real figure to the common men.

Mon, Feb 6, 2017 at 10:36 AM My Email To customercare@relianceada.com>, and
broadband@relianceada.com:

Reliance,

Stop sending default templates otherwise we need to face each other in the court.

Read My message below clearly and then respond back;

Immediately cease your internet service at my premises with the terminated phone number; 044-30236133 because I never requested you to provide me an internet alone service but I requested you to provide me an internet with phone service, which you failed from the day-one.
As You flunked twice with your service return the installation charges you have collected from me!

Come to the consumer court I want to tear the face of Reliance Communication and expose the reality of Reliance Communication to the common men.

On Fri, Feb 10, 2017 at 2:02 AM My Email to customercare@relianceada.com>, and
broadband@relianceada.com

Again you start sending the default templates! I already called your company to the consumer court! I started a blog and explained everything in that about ur company's ugliest services!

When you take one or two days for installation (semi working installation) why it needed 2 months for your company to cancel my service?!

I raised the cancellation request from the day one and already 2-months passed away as your service flunked from the day one, so never talk about the payments when ur service is the worst service in the world; court has to decide either I need to pay your company or your company has to pay me?!

Waiting to meet Your lawyers in the court!
Clear and final warning for Reliance; I have taken back the Airtel Service therefore immediately disconnect any working or semi working service of yours, which flunked from the day-one!

Note: After above strong notices when I checked on 10th of Feb 2017 finally I found that they have disconnected the internet service as well. Therefore I thought the annoying, horrendous, horrible Reliance Experience would not interfere in my life anymore but soon I realized my understanding about fraudulent Reliance is wrong as they again attempted to call me and forced to provide me their service again as explained below:

They called me on 10/02/2017 @ 11:41 am from 91-44-30353119
They called me on 14/02/2017 @ 03:31 pm from 91-44-30353110
They called me on 17/02/2017 @ 04:05 pm from 91-44-30353137
They called me on 20/02/2017 @ 04:48 pm from 91-44-30353130

Above all calls are from Reliance, they called me and inquired what happened to my Reliance service and I explained everything from the day-one until the day of disconnection.

To my shock on 27/02/2017 @ 02:32 pm I got a call from Reliance but strangely this time it was from 91-9344560650 and this time unusually a male staff from Reliance called and informed me that I had raised a connection issue of my internet service before, which has been solved now / today by Reliance Services!

I tried to explain the above mentioned guy who called me the whole history but he was not in a position to listen to anything instead he said his mission of the call was just to convey the fixation of Reliance Service on 27/02/2017!

The above mentioned guy was simply playing on the phone by placing me on mute or speaker and just showing he is not there to listen anything but just a conveyor of message from Reliance, but I managed to take some time to explain everything as he was non-listening and irritating and impatient I was supposed to disconnect that call!

Whenever I called the phone support either they said that they have to speak with their client regarding my issue or they need to consult within themselves and they would get back to me with right solution and they end-up the call without providing me any reference or ticket number; tricky way of escaping!

The next day I checked the reliance connection and found again internet is up but there is no phone. I don't know how to get rid of the Continuously Annoying, non-stop horrendous, troublesome irritating Reliance Services!?

I already intimated them clearly that I moved back to Airtel and I was pleading them for around 2-months to disconnect their service but they think fraudulence is a fashion of doing business. Now I'm preparing for the legal formalities against Reliance.

Hope this is going to be my final communication to Reliance; on 01st March 2017 Wed, Mar 1, 2017 at 7:07 PM
Heading: Horrendous, Annoying, Irritating Reliance and its Sickest Services

Reg.Broadband Subscriber ID 320183944822 and Fixed Line Phone number 4430236133, and service cancellation:

Whenever I called Reliance phone-support either your staff said that they have to speak with their client(?!) regarding my issue (or) they informed me that they need to consult with their managers and would get back to me with right solution and they end-up the calls without providing me any reference or ticket number; tricky way of escaping!

After strong email-notices triggered by me to your Reliance company, when I checked on 10th Feb 2017 finally I found that you have disconnected the internet service as well.

Therefore I thought the annoying, horrendous, horrible Reliance Experience would not interfere in my life anymore but soon I realized that my understanding about your fraudulent Reliance is wrong as you again attempted to call me and forced to provide me your service once again as explained below:

Your staff called me on 10/02/2017 @ 11:41 am from 91-44-30353119
Your staff called me on 14/02/2017 @ 03:31 pm from 91-44-30353110

Your staff called me on 20/02/2017 @ 04:48 pm from 91-44-30353130

Above all calls are from your company [Reliance], your staff called me and inquired what happened to my Reliance services and I explained everything from the day-one until the day of disconnection.

To my shock on 27/02/2017 @ 02:32 pm I got a call from Reliance Staff but strangely this time it was from 91-9344560650 and this time unusually a male staff from Reliance called and informed me that; I had raised a connection issue for my Reliance Internet Service before, which has been solved now / today by Reliance Company!

I tried to explain the above mentioned guy-who called me- the whole history but he he was not ready to listen anything instead he said his mission of the call was just to convey the fixation of Reliance Service on 27/02/2017!

The next day [28/02/2017] I checked the reliance connection and found that again your internet connection is up without my permission but the phone line still not working. I don't know how to get rid of the Continuously Annoying, non-stop horrendous, troublesome irritating Reliance Services!?

I already intimated your company clearly that I moved-back to Airtel and I was pleading your company for around 2-months to disconnect your services and got it finally disconnected during last month but again your company is determinant now that fraudulence is your fashion of doing business.

Throwing your services in to my house through the backside window and asking me for payments is not honesty and genuine, therefore leave me alone and crush me no-more for making illicit money.

Robotic, Mentally Re-tarted Reply From Reliance For My Above E-Mail:
This is with reference to your e-mail dated March 02, 2017, for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID 320183944822 and Fixed Line Phone number 4430236133, regarding service cancellation and billing issue.

We regret the inconvenience and delay in response.

The request for service cancellation is already registered with Service Request ID 254807202, 254807222 (on 01-03-2017 at 1:30:24 PM), which is in process and it will be processed within 9 days from the time request has been logged.

For billing issue, kindly write to us once the service gets cancelled from our end.

Be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Final Drama [Hopefully] Played By Reliance:
Reliance staff called me again on 07/03/2017 @ 12:05 pm from 91-44-30353121
Reliance staff called me again on 07/03/2017 @ 03:36 pm from 91-44-30353121

And made an inquiry about the problem history and as the story from the day-one was well stayed in my memory I explained everything to the customer care lady and I remember her name as Lax-mi and she tried her best to convince me to take back the service of Reliance and she informed me that I would get a confirmation call from Reliance Head Office-Mumbai on the same-day but  as expected I didn't  get any call from Reliance Head office instead the first day day marketing guy of My Reliance Connection called Olagappan visited my premises and he tried from his end to convince me and take me back to Reliance Services!

Fortunately Both Lax-mi and Olagappan confirmed that I'm not obliged to pay anything to Reliance due to the ever-going problems I faced from Reliance!! I Informed Olagappan that I can't decide anything about returning to Reliance now and if I have any idea I may let them know later and therefore he left my office with his failed mission of pulling me back to the Reliance-Trap!!

Olagappan wanted to confirm that I'm not using the Reliance Internet; therefore I had shown him the cable of Airtel connection [connected to my modem], which I started using from 5th Feb 2017 and he was satisfied with that response.

Most Strangely on 7th April 2017 afternoon 02:11 pm I got a call from a mobile no. 9360260750 and a lady who spoke with me has asked me that why I'm not paying my Reliance Bill?! I informed her; I raised many number of complaints to disconnect the reliance service and I got multiple email confirmation that the line will be disconnected. I informed her to check the case history before calling any one for payments.

Immediately and cleverly I connected the reliance modem back to the wall socket; checked and confirmed that as promised for multiple-times by Reliance Company through emails that they would disconnect my Reliance services was already executed after my war of raising continued email requests [Reliance Service was are no-more working].

I knew that one of the worst styles of Reliance Services is Throwing their services through the backside window of someone's house/office without their permission and asking them for payments, that is the reason I double checked and confirmed that their service was no more working.

ATTENTION: No Dear but Mere Reliance Services,

I already warned you severely condemning your Fraud activities and I sent you the documentation for more than 25 pages confirming your fraud services.

I opened a blog "reliancefraudnet.blogspot.com" highlighting all your frauds.

Still are you determinant to send me emails asking for money?!

Do you not realize the money that you are trying to earn is illicit?!

Do you have any sense or you use only robots to send emails?!

Do you have any database where you maintain any records?!

Shame To Reliance For Doing Cheating Business!

Conclusion Note: For the information of 'all of you':
Reliance Land-Line incoming-call facility never worked for me except for four days for which I was insisted to change my number from 044-33066133 to 044-30236133!! The first LAN-Line number 044-33066133 actually never worked with incoming call facility but 044-30236133 worked for four days.

I think finally [after long time pleading] they disconnected all their services [but their activities proved that they will always try to prolong the duration without disconnection and try to charge people more and more without providing the basic, and essential services!!]

If any one choose Reliance Services then they may also need to consult a good doctor to check up their BP, mental health and a good Lawyer to safeguard their hard earned money!

HAPPY NEWS TO INDIAN CITIZENS! CLOSURE NOTICE FROM RELIANCE!

FROM: broadband@relianceada.com
Fri, Nov 10, 2017 at 6:44 PM

SUBJECT: Consumer Broadband Services - End of service notice

Dear Reliance Broadband Customer,

Thank you being our valued customer.

The Telecom sector in India is witnessing unprecedented competitive intensity prompting telecom service providers to re-evaluate their business models. As a step in this direction, Reliance Communications (RCOM) has decided to adopt a 4G focused strategy. In line with this new strategy, we have decided to discontinue our Consumer Broadband Service effective 15th Dec 2017. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you, but this decision was taken keeping in view the larger stakeholder interest.

We will process any deposit or refund due to you within the next 60 days, as per the refund policy. We are seeking your co-operation to allow our partners to recover any equipment presently installed at your premises.

We once again thank you for your continued patronage, and hope to serve you again.

Best wishes,
Reliance Consumer Broadband Team

MY FINAL NOTES:
1) THE ABOVE CLOSURE NOTICE FROM RELIANCE PROVED THAT ALL THE CONCERNS I RAISED OVER HERE ARE TRUE TO 100%

2) THERE ARE MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS HERE:

A) WHY RELIANCE WANTED TO START A BUSINESS AND END THAT EXACTLY AT A LOSS?

B) IF IT WAS EXACTLY INTENDED FOR SHOWING A LOSS TO THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, THEN WHAT ABOUT THE CASE OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAD BEEN ANNOYED BY RELIANCE IN THE NAME OF BROADBAND SERVICES FOR COUPLE OF YEARS TOGETHER!

  7. Reliance Land-Line incoming-call facility never worked for me till today 07/01/2017! Hopefully they would disconnect all their services very shortly [but their activities shows that they try to prolong the duration without disconnection and try to charge me more and more without providing the basic, essential service named as 'incoming call facility'!!]

If any one choose Reliance Services then they may also need to consult a good doctor to check up their BP, mental health and a good Lawyer to safeguard their hard earned money!!!
